Winter® is an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of snow removal wear parts.


Led a comprehensive brand assessment including company positioning, value proposition development, and customer persona research. Guided the evolution of brand standards to strengthen visual consistency and amplify their trademarked orange as a primary brand asset. Developed trade show graphics and targeted direct mail campaigns aligned with newly established guidelines to increase brand clarity and impact. (Agency: World Synergy)

Developed the brand identity and brand guidelines, including voice and messaging standards. Created a consistent visual and verbal framework to guide communications. CLIENT: Benefit Advisors Network

Benefit Advisors Network is a member association that shares strategies, intellectual capital, and partnerships within the employee benefits industry. Led creative development for their bi-annual conference, including programs, wayfinding signage, supporting collateral, social media, and website.


Additionally, project managed the development of an Interact member portal to enhance communication, resource sharing, and member engagement.

US Endoscopy is an innovator in the GI endoscopy industry. Privately owned at the time, the company was focused on growing its brand and promoting new product development. Contributed to identity development, marketing collateral, and advertising as part of integrated marketing initiatives.

Value Proposition Initiatives

Led multiple Value Promise/Proposition initiatives, managing each project from discovery through final messaging development. Conducted stakeholder & customer interviews, developed and deployed customer surveys, analyzed findings, and translated insights into clear value promise statements and supporting messaging. This process helps organizations understand why their audiences choose them and use those insights to strengthen brand communications and positioning.
